We will practice different yoga styles to connect with the desert energy and the rhythms of Moroccan culture:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vinyasa<\/strong>to energize the body and connect with the breath<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hatha<\/strong>to develop strength and rooting<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yin<\/strong>to relax deeply and meditate under the stars<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yoga of Awakening<\/strong>: to start the day sweetly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"mb-1 mt-2 whitespace-pre-line leading-relaxed first:mt-0\" data-sentry-component=\"P\" data-sentry-source-file=\"p.tsx\">No prior experience is necessary: each session will be carefully guided with adaptations for all levels.<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Arrival in Marrakech:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"mb-1 mt-2 whitespace-pre-line leading-relaxed first:mt-0\" data-sentry-component=\"P\" data-sentry-source-file=\"p.tsx\">To ensure shared transportation from the airport to the Riad for the entire group, participants are requested to arrive in Marrakech between <strong>7:00 PM and 8:00 PM<\/strong> from the first day (March 15th).<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-1 mt-2 whitespace-pre-line leading-relaxed first:mt-0\" data-sentry-component=\"P\" data-sentry-source-file=\"p.tsx\">Check-ins outside of these hours will require participants to arrange their own transportation to the Riad.
